What we hold, where it lives, and what we will never do with it.

Your dealership’s data

• We do not sell your data. Not to other dealers, not to anyone.
• We do not share your buys, your contacts or your identifiable store data with another dealer. Your board is yours. What you bought and what you passed on stays with you.
• Your territory is exclusive. One dealer per area — so the store down the road is not working the same board.

The listing data

• Raw listing payloads and photographs are kept 48 hours, then deleted. We keep the reading, not the raw material.
• Listing data comes from public marketplace posts. We do not buy or resell consumer personal information.
• The vision grading reports only what a photograph supports, and marks the rest “not assessable.”

Tracking, and the one place we deliberately do not track

The public marketing pages on this site carry a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell whether an ad worked. It is not on the dealer dashboard. The logged-in board is the product you pay for, and Meta has no business watching one of our dealers work their own board. That is a deliberate line in the code, not an oversight.

What we do not claim

We are not SOC 2 certified and we do not display a badge saying we are. At this size, saying so would be the kind of claim this page exists to avoid. If your group requires a vendor security review, write to hello@autooracleai.com and you will get straight answers from the person who built the system, in writing.
