Terms of Service

Effective June 14, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Auto Oracle AI platform, dashboard, and browser extension (the "Service"), operated by Auto Oracle AI, LLC ("Auto Oracle," "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Dealer," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and is not

Auto Oracle surfaces private-seller (FSBO) vehicle listings filtered to your buy-box, grades condition from listing photos, and ranks each by a per-market demand read on one working board.

It is not a valuation, appraisal, or pricing tool. The Oracle/demand score is informational — a read on desirability and condition, not a guaranteed value, resale price, or profit. Use your own appraisal source (e.g., vAuto) for what to pay. You make your own acquisition decisions, and Auto Oracle is not liable for them.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The Service is for licensed automotive dealers and their authorized staff, 18 or older. You're responsible for your account, keeping credentials secure, and all activity under your login.

3. Free trial, fees & cancellation

7-day free trial. The Service works day one. You provide a payment method at signup, but you are not charged during the first 7 days.
Cancel any time within the 7 days and you are never charged.
After the trial, the subscription is $500/month per location (or your founding rate if applicable), billed automatically in advance via our payment processor. Founding-rate subscribers keep that rate while the subscription stays active.
Cancel any time; cancellation stops future billing. Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use & your responsibilities

The browser extension runs only within your own logged-in session on platforms you choose to view. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use it on.
Don't resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service or its scoring methodology; don't use it unlawfully or to harass sellers.
You're responsible for your communications with sellers and your compliance with applicable laws (including calling/texting rules).

5. Your data & the network

You own your dealership's data. You grant us a license to use data you enter (including logged purchase prices) to operate and improve the Service, and to use it in aggregated, de-identified form for market benchmarks. We do not sell your personal data or share your individual buys or contacts with other dealers. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Auto Oracle owns the platform, the scoring methodology, the technology, the brand, and the aggregated dataset. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while subscribed. Nothing here transfers our IP to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee any specific listing, data volume, source availability, accuracy, or result. Listing feeds depend on third-party sources we don't control; we use commercially reasonable efforts to keep them current and to fix breaks promptly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Auto Oracle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits on a vehicle), and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Auto Oracle against claims arising from your use of the Service, your dealings with sellers, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform terms.

10. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time per Section 3. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. We may update these Terms; continued use after the new effective date means you accept them.
